When am I charged?
At the time of order — that's how we keep the pre-sale price below launch pricing.

How long is this available?
Pre-orders close September 7, 2026, or as soon as all 50 units are claimed — whichever comes first. After that, the Apex XRP moves to full retail at $329.99.

When does it ship?
October 27–31, 2026. Our next production batch doesn't arrive until January 2027, so these 50 units are the only way to get an Apex before then. If that date changes for any reason, you'll hear from us before it happens — not after.

Can I cancel?
Yes. Contact us any time before tracking information is shared and we'll refund you in full. No restocking fee. No questions.

What if I don't like it when it arrives?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it. We cover return shipping on defective units. For preference returns, you cover shipping — we'll send you a prepaid label and deduct the cost from your refund.

Is there a warranty?
Yes. The Apex carries a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If it fails under normal use, we fix it or replace it.

How the Apex Actually Works

The core of the gun is our Xtra-Reduced Pressure (XRP) air cap — the component we spent the most time developing.

Standard HVLP guns push high air volume at the cap to atomize paint. That works, but it demands a lot from your compressor and creates turbulence that can disturb metallic flake and cause dry spray at the edges of your fan.

Our XRP air cap reduces pressure at the point of atomization while maintaining fluid velocity. The result: paint breaks into finer particles using less air — which means a smoother finish, less overspray, and a compressor that isn't maxed out after every trigger pull.

Two Caps. One Gun.

The Apex ships with the Flow cap — our all-purpose air cap dialed in for primers, basecoats, single-stage urethanes, and standard clears.

For painters working with metallic basecoats or UHS clear coats, we offer the optional Control cap — $43.99. Its tight center orifice creates sharp initial atomization, keeping metallic flake orientation uniform and properly breaking up high-viscosity UHS formulas. Ships together with your Apex — one shipment, no separate order to track.

Will Your Compressor Work?

Short answer: If it's 30 gallons or larger from any major brand — DeWalt, Ingersoll Rand, California Air Tools, Craftsman, Husky — you're almost certainly compatible.

The technical requirement: 10.6 CFM at 40 PSI.

What that means in plain English: If your compressor can run an air sander or DA polisher without constantly cycling off, it can run the Apex.

To confirm: Find the sticker on your compressor tank. Look for the CFM rating at 40 PSI. If it's 10.6 CFM or higher, you're good.
